How do you ship your packages?
All orders are processed in 1–2 days and shipped via Canada Post.
Where do you ship?
We only ship within Canada.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping for orders over $99 CAD is free. There is a $15 CAD flat rate for orders under this amount.
Where do you ship from?
We are based in Vancouver BC and this is our point of dispatch.
What will my package look like?
All of our packages are fully discreet, shipped in a plain box or mailer with no markings indicating its contents.
What if I receive a damaged or defective product?
If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 15 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can review and assist.

Can I cancel or modify an order?
If the order has not yet been dispatched please send us an email and we will do our best to adjust your order.
Is there an age requirement for purchasing?
Yes, only residents of Canada that are ages 19+ can purchase products from our website.
Is bacteriostatic water required?
Yes, all of our peptides ship in lyophilized form and must be reconstituted with bacteriostatic water prior to use. All products are for research purposes only.
